Description
Nutmeg is a newly renovated, charming 6-bedroom villa in the upscale residential neighborhood of Spring Farm, just five minutes from three world-class golf courses, designer shops, bars, restaurants and beaches.
The magnificent view is immediately apparent through carved entrance doors with antique brass fittings. The view becomes more dramatic as one moves through the large living room to the shaded verandah and beyond to the private pool and large lawn. The view from Nutmeg of the deep blue Caribbean Sea is simply breathtaking.
Five acres of tropical gardens are lush with flowers, oranges, limes, lemons, June plum, breadfruit, grapefruit, avocado and mango. This large lawn is a wonderful playground for children.
Adjoining the verandah is the covered al fresco dining terrace for delicious meals prepared by the Nutmeg cook. Lunches are served on the dining verandah or at shaded poolside umbrella tables.
The large octagonal private pool has beautiful teak chaises with plump cushions. A stone terrace wraps around the Caribbean side of the villa. The living room and five bedrooms adjoin this long terrace via French doors that fold back so each doorway opens wide to the vast blue sea view.
Guests of Villa Nutmeg will receive the Rose Hall Beach Club Membership, which includes private beach club access, beach loungers, a beach bar, a snack bar, and a pool.
Starting in 2024, the Rose Hall Beach Club will be offered.

Primary Bedroom: This room is located on the main level and is equipped with a king-sized four-poster mahogany bed and an ensuite bathroom with a two-person Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, a dressing room with his and her vanities and double sink basins. The Primary Bedroom includes a den with a 42" home cinema, DVD, sound system, copier, and fax.
Bedroom 2: This room is located on the main level and is equipped with a king-sized bed, a makeup area, and a large ensuite bathroom with a bidet and bathtub-shower combination.
Bedroom 3: This room is located on the main level and is equipped with a king-sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in drench rain shower.
Bedroom 4: This room is located on the main level and is equipped with an optional king-sized bed or two twin-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 5: This room is located on the main level on the other side of the house from the other bedrooms, and is equipped with an optional king-sized bed or two twin-sized beds, and a private bathroom. There is also a small den that is next to this bedroom with a 32" flat-screen TV, and the outdoor dining area adjoins this area.
Bedroom 6: This room is located on the main level and is equipped with either three twin-sized or one twin-sized bed plus a king-sized bed. This room is an extremely spacious room with a pool table, a wall-mounted 40" television, a kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room is accessed by an exterior spiral staircase and opens to a private terrace and pool.
